Framed jerseys are hand-signed, authenticated by Beckett, and presented in a metal display frame, mounted and glazed and ready to hang.

Retro jerseys are classic kits sold by size, listed with the club, season and player the shirt belongs to.

The photographs and the written description on a listing are part of what we are offering you. Where a shirt shows its age, we say so and we photograph it.

Every framed piece is held at a quantity of one. When it sells it is gone. We cannot restock it, and we will not source a similar shirt and offer it to you as the same piece.

If two orders arrive for the same piece, the first order we are able to accept is the one that stands. The second is cancelled in full and refunded, and we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Hand-signed pieces are certified by Beckett Authentication Services. Beckett is an independent third party. We are not affiliated with them, we do not influence their findings, and we do not authenticate our own signatures.

The certification supplied with the piece carries a number you can check directly with Beckett yourself.

That number is deliberately hidden in our product photography so it cannot be copied from the site. If you want a piece verified before you buy it, ask through the form on our contact page and we will send you the details directly.

We warrant that the piece we ship is the piece shown in the listing and that it carries the certification described. We give no warranty as to future value, resale price or how a piece will be graded by anyone else.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes or duties that apply are shown at checkout or explained under customs below. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it.

An obvious error (a decimal in the wrong place, a description clearly attached to the wrong shirt) does not bind us. If one occurs we contact you before doing anything else, and you choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout. No order is accepted until payment has cleared.

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive immediately afterwards tells you we have it. It is not yet our acceptance.

The contract is formed when we confirm the piece is accepted and being prepared for dispatch.

We may decline an order: if the piece has already sold, if a price or description was wrong, if we cannot ship to the address given, or if the order does not pass our checks. Where we decline, you are refunded in full and told why.

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. If your country is not among them, write to us before ordering rather than after.

Once payment clears, the piece is checked once more, photographed as packed, and wrapped flat in archive board before it leaves us.

Our team sends a second email carrying your tracking number within seven business days of the order. You do not need to do anything until then.

Delivery dates quoted by us or by a carrier are estimates. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but we will chase it with you and we will not leave you to chase it alone.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

An international order may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee in the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us. They are not included in the price or the shipping charge and they are the buyer’s responsibility.

We declare every shipment accurately. We will not under-declare the value of a shipment or mark a sale as a gift, whatever the reason given.

Our Refund and Returns Policy sets out the detail and forms part of these terms. In short: eligible returns within fourteen days of delivery, unworn, unused, in original packaging and with any tags attached, and you must contact us for authorisation before sending anything back.

To cancel or change an order, write to orders@hallofkits.com as quickly as you can. Once a piece is packed we may no longer be able to stop it.

Where a return is the result of our error, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise you arrange and pay for it, and we strongly recommend a tracked service, a signed shirt is not a parcel to send untracked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Original shirts from past decades carry their age. Fading, softened fabric, loose stitching and small marks are part of what they are rather than faults, and where they are present we describe and photograph them.

Sizing follows the label of its era, which rarely matches a modern equivalent. If you want measurements before buying, ask and we will take them.

Our photography, listing text and page design belong to us. Please do not copy them, scrape the catalogue, or reuse our authentication imagery.

Do not alter or reproduce a certificate supplied with a piece, and do not present a piece bought from us as authenticated by anyone other than Beckett.

Hall of Kits is an independent seller of collectors’ items. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any football club, national association, league, competition or kit manufacturer.

Club names, crests, competition names and player names appear on this site only to describe the item being offered. They remain the property of their respective owners.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for any change in the collectible value of a piece after you buy it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them removes the consumer rights you hold under the law of the country you live in.

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The version that governs your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Write to orders@hallofkits.com first. Nearly everything is settled within a day or two by a person reading your email properly.

Where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to raise a dispute there, these terms do not take that away.
